Training: Intro
Welcome to the Matt The Trainer training page. Here I outline some of the services I provide. There are no 'cookie-cutter' programs, diets or sponsored supplements. The Personal Training Service I provide is individualised and unique to each participant's needs and goals. You should always expect results from your training and I'm here to make sure you never go without them, even when training alone. I believe in training smart and taking advantage of all the variables. Read below to find out more!
Personal Training: One on One

One-on-One sessions in the gym, park or home depending on client needs/goals. Personalised Training program, Diet and Supplement Plan catered to your personal goals. Have all the variables constantly tracked to optimise your results. Everyone is different and has different anatomical strengths and dietary requirements, one-on-one training can make all the difference when pursuing your dream physique.
Group Training: Two People

Group Training sessions take place in the gym depending on client needs/goals. Training program for both participants, personalised Diet Plans and Supplement Advice as well. Training in a group is great fun and very motivational, it's time effective and the perfect opportunity to get fit and tone up with a friend or partner while having fun!
Online Training: One on One
03:
Online Training involves everything Personal Training provides but without Directed Training sessions. It provides Personalised Training, Diet and Supplement Programs catered to your goals. Body Stats and Pictures are provided to me every two weeks from you via email to assess progress/ adjust diet+training. Cost Effective and perfect for trainees short on time. All Online Training workouts are self-directed and performed as described by me.
Training Packages: Muscleworks Gym(s)
1: One On One Personal Training:
Gym: 10 session package - £85 per session. 20 session package - £80 per session.
2: Group Training (2 People):
Gym: 10 session package - £150 per session. 20 session package - £140 per session.
3: Online Training:
Online: Flat rate of £99 per month (no multi-month commitment. Cancel before next payment).

Why do you want to get in shape?
Maybe you've been feeling sluggish, restless or just plain run-down. Something has to change and you're fed up with feeling unfit. You might want to get in shape for an upcoming event, such as a wedding, holiday or photoshoot. Or, maybe you've been unlucky in love, and getting in shape is the very thing you need to do for yourself to gain confidence in the dating pool.

Health risks increase as we get older, and there comes a time where prioritising your health is just a necessary responsibility you have to make to yourself and loved ones.
Why do I want to help you?
I was a very shy and introverted kid growing up. Getting in shape as a teenager was something that gave me great confidence, and allowed me to relax much more in social situations and build relationships that provided me with a much needed richer experience in my life. When I became fit and healthy, I felt so good that it quickly became something I wanted to share with other people. So, what fitness did for me, it can also do for you.
Why do you want me as your Personal Trainer?
There are hundreds of Personal Trainers out there. So, why me? Because I realise that I am not the special one out of the two of us. You are. You are the person that desires change in your life, and I acknowledge that the focus is therefore totally on you and your goals. My breadth of knowledge and experience is there to be exploited by you, as that is the commitment you are actually paying for. I am not going to exploit you for marketing purposes or force you to do things that do not adhere to your goals. My job is to listen to your needs and then deliver you the best guidance on how to achieve them. You don't need another hyper friendly coach, a secret confidant, or a pay-as-you-go friend - what you need is someone just as committed to your success as you are.

What Are Your Goals?
There are only two things you can change about how your body looks, Muscle Size/Shape and Body Fat levels. Your goals will revolve around these two things, the only variable is how much you want these two things to change. You cannot choose where exactly on your body you will lose or gain fat, that is completely genetic - the same goes for how much muscle you can genetically build on each body part. No one is exempt from this rule, so the best attitude to take is to go all out on the things you can control, your diet and how effectively you workout. If you can master this principle I promise that you will achieve every one of your goals.
